We have worked on this housing scheme from its inception in 2014, when we conducted an ecological impact assessment including surveys for birds, bats, reptiles, invertebrates and flora.
Subsequently we produced an Environmental Statement on ecology, which informed the planning process. Detailed liaison and discussion with the local authority allowed us to provide a comprehensive input into the design of this ecology lead project, where we have recreated an area of interest for nature conservation, setting a precedent in this part of London through the creation of wildflower meadows, urban woodland and edge habitats.
