EcIA conducted on industrial site in East London adjacent to the River Lea. Protected species survey including bats and birds. Subsequent production of Environmental Statement including impact assessment, mitigation, compensation and enhancement proposals considered to significantly enhance this site for biodiversity. We worked closely with the design team to produce a scheme complimentary to the river setting, significantly improving the existing condition of the site.
